  • March 4, 2020

South Korea’s national airline Korean Air has suspended its Incheon – Auckland service citing COVID-19.  Flight KE129/130 will not operate from 3 March through to 28 March 2020. South Korea currently has the largest number of confirmed COVID-19 cases outside mainland China. Cases in the country have jumped to more than 4000.

Earlier today, New Zealand reported it’s second case of COVID-19, a passenger who travelled from northern Italy via Singapore on an Air New Zealand flight on 25 February. The patient is currently under self-isolation at home.
