Delta Air Lines adds more Delta One seats on A350s as premium travel soars

Delta Air Lines A350-900 will soon feature 40 Delta One Suites, 40 seats in the Delta Premium Select cabin.

You can now have more chances to relax, lay back, and enjoy the flight in the comfort, privacy and exclusivity of your own suite. Delta Air Lines is adding eight more award-winning lie-flat suites to the Delta One cabin on its fleet of Airbus A350-900s. With these modifications, the A350-900 will soon feature 40 Delta One Suites, 40 seats in the Delta Premium Select cabin, 36 extra-legroom seats in Delta Comfort+ and 159 Main Cabin seats.

Delta One Suites is aimed at redefining international business class travel with a sliding door at each suite. Designed with an emphasis on exceptional customer comfort and privacy, the Delta One suite offers each customer a private space accessed by a sliding door with thoughtfully designed personal stowage areas, an advanced in-flight entertainment system and premium trim and finishes to create an unparalleled business class experience with a comfortable, residential feel.

Delta One also includes the next-generation entertainment system is featuring the next step in the evolution of its new wireless IFE system. Featuring a rich, personalized entertainment similar to experiences at home or on mobile devices – the new system includes thoughtful touches that begin the moment you take your seat.

Delta Air Lines commenced operations connecting Auckland (NZ) to Los Angeles (US) in 2023, operating the Airbus A350. The airline will begin flying the Airbus A350-900 on the route from June 2024.
