ALL Accor+ Explorer wins Asia Pacific loyalty relaunch award

Accor Plus has secured the Best Loyalty Programme Re-Launch title for ALL Accor+ Explorer at the Asia Pacific Loyalty Awards, following what it describes as the largest transformation in the programme’s history. The award was presented in Melbourne on 19 March, recognising the relaunch of Accor’s long-running subscription loyalty proposition across Asia Pacific.

Unveiled in October last year, ALL Accor+ Explorer represents the next evolution of Accor Plus, bringing together its subscription loyalty offering across 20 countries into a single ecosystem. More than 450,000 members were transitioned into the new platform, with the business positioning the move as a major step in strengthening loyalty, digital engagement and hotel revenue across the region.

Accor Plus said the relaunch was shaped by member research and designed around growing demand for stronger value, insider access, memorable experiences and greater recognition. The resulting proposition combines discounted stays and dining, elite status and exclusive experience-led benefits aimed at deepening customer engagement.

The programme gives members access to benefits across dining, wellness and travel experiences, alongside ALL Accor Gold status or higher in Accor’s global loyalty programme. Benefits include two free nights each year, a guaranteed 15 per cent off room rates worldwide across more than 4,500 hotels and over 30 brands, as well as 30 per cent off dining and 15 per cent off drinks at more than 1,600 restaurants and 1,200 bars across Asia Pacific.
