Available every Sunday from February, Chef de Cuisine Joseph Cain and his culinary team are serving up a sumptuous seafood brunch that is sure to leave you wanting more. Dishing up locally sourced produce, fresh seafood from Sydney’s iconic Fish Market and limitless Henkell sparkling wine, there is no better place to ease into the week ahead than Sailmaker Restaurant.

Get started with a premium charcuterie selection, a spread of energizing salads and an array of freshly caught seafood before moving on to our signature carvery and deluxe egg station where our team will be frying up your Sunday favourites. To top it all off, spoil yourself at our Dessert Table, offering an indulgent selection of housemade sweets and decadent treats for you to enjoy.
