Novotel rolls out Longevity Everyday wellbeing vision across 600+ hotels worldwide

  • January 22, 2026

Novotel has unveiled Longevity Everyday, a new brand-wide wellbeing vision aimed at reshaping how hotels support guests’ long-term health and quality of life across its 600+ properties in 67 countries.

Positioned around the rapidly expanding “longevity economy”, the strategy centres on making longevity-led habits more practical for everyday travellers rather than framing wellbeing as an “extreme” or luxury pursuit.

“Longevity is a megatrend reshaping our world and our industry – a high-growth market expected to be worth trillions to the travel and leisure sector by 2030,” said Jean-Yves Minet, Novotel Global Brand President. “Until now, longevity has often been framed as a luxury pursuit built around extreme wellness practices. At Novotel, we believe longevity is not about radical transformation, but about small, incremental actions that last and compound over time. You live better and longer by staying physically and mentally healthy through simple, everyday choices. This is where Novotel comes in.”

Four pillars: Eat, Sleep, Move, Meet

Minet said Novotel intends to “democratise longevity” through four pillars, Eat, Sleep, Move, Meet with new programming, products and partnerships rolling out through 2026 and beyond.

Sleep: Novotel is planning a global bedding upgrade, with new eco-conceived premium beds to be rolled out worldwide by 2030, including the 29cm-deep Novotel Bed designed to support rest and recovery.

Eat: New menus are due to launch globally in April 2026, with Novotel targeting at least 25% plant-forward options across hotels by the end of 2026, supported by training through the Culinary Institute of America. Novotel is expanding its sustainability efforts via Sustainable Seafood Principles and training with WWF, alongside traceability initiatives for priority species

Move: The brand is expanding activity-led experiences and partnerships, including Novotel x PSG and content with Paris 2024 Olympic gold medallist Kauli Vaast, focused on encouraging practical everyday movement.

Meet: Novotel is also reframing meetings and events around better connection and energy management, with wellbeing-led breaks and revised food and drink offers aimed at business travellers described as “energy managers”.

The Novotel 37 Collective

At the centre of the programme is The Novotel 37 Collective, a community of wellbeing voices built around incremental improvement.
