Air France introduces alcohol-free sparkling rosé in La Première with French Bloom
- January 22, 2026
Air France has added an alcohol-free sparkling rosé from French Bloom to its La Première cabin, marking the first time the carrier has served a non-alcoholic rosé sparkling wine as part of its top-tier inflight experience.
Selected by Xavier Thuizat, Meilleur Sommelier de France 2022 and Air France’s head sommelier, the 0.0% sparkling rosé is positioned as a festive, wellness-conscious alternative, complementing the airline’s growing range of alcohol-free options onboard.

French Bloom’s alcohol-free sparkling rosé is certified organic and produced from a blend of Chardonnay with a touch of Pinot Noir, dealcoholised and made without colourants, preservatives, sulphites, or added sugars, according to the airline. Air France says the result is a light, low-calorie option suitable as an aperitif or alongside a meal enabling guests to celebrate “the French art of travel” without alcohol.
“The nose is remarkably complex, revealing enchanting notes of pomegranate and verbena. La Première guests will be pleasantly surprised by the elegance and finesse of the bubbles which are a delight to the palate, adding a touch of gourmet indulgence to the red fruit notes” stated Xavier Thuizat, Air France’s head sommelier.
The new addition joins Air France’s curated onboard beverage selection, which includes wines, champagnes, spirits and French beers chosen by Thuizat, alongside a cocktail menu both alcoholic and alcohol-free created by mixologist Matthias Giroud.

Air France’s La Première cabin is available on select services from Paris–Charles de Gaulle to Abidjan, Dubai, Los Angeles, Miami, New York-JFK, San Francisco, São Paulo, Singapore, Tel Aviv, Tokyo-Haneda and Washington, D.C.
