AIME unveils expanded Knowledge Monday agenda for 2026
- December 23, 2025
Asia Pacific Incentives and Meetings Event has confirmed the full agenda for its expanded Knowledge Monday programme.
Built around the theme “Expertise Matters!”, the education day has been curated by AIME in collaboration with BEAMexperience Founder El Kwang and guided by an advisory committee of Asia Pacific industry leaders, with a focus on practical capability-building and strategic thinking for business events professionals.
The programme will open with three keynote speakers: Dan Haesler (Performance and Leadership Coach), Milo Wilkinson (Behavioural Scientist and Futurist) and Kristina Karlsson (Founder of kikki.K and Dream Life).

Following the plenary sessions, delegates can choose from 22 breakout sessions delivered across two 60-minute streams, designed around five content categories: Business Strategy & Leadership; Event Management & Experience Design; Technology, AI & Data; Humanity, Talent & Skills Development; and Sustainability & Legacy.
The session themes reflect the current realities of the sector spanning AI-enhanced environments, authentic human engagement, leadership effectiveness, legacy-led event strategy and translating creativity into commercial outcomes. More than 30 speakers will contribute across workshops, panels and presentations, with names including Anna Glynn, Dr Danny Davis, Jess Turnbull, George Hawwa, Ian Jones, Andy Sharpe, Winitha Bonney OAM, Stephanie Tranquille, Dave Chauhan and Anna Patterson. Content partners include SITE ANZ, PCMA APAC, AIPC, AuSAE, EarthCheck with ICCA APAC and IAPCO.
AIME Event Director Silke Calder said, “We are thrilled to welcome an extraordinary group of keynote presenters and breakout speakers who bring deep expertise, fresh ideas and real-world experience to the program,” adding, “Their collective insights will challenge, uplift and equip our community with practical tools to lead with confidence and clarity in the year ahead.”
Knowledge and discussion will continue on the show floor across Tuesday 10 and Wednesday 11 February, with the AIME 2026 Ideas Academy on the Floor presented by Spice magazine returning as a fast-paced forum for bite-sized learning sessions open to all attendees. Knowledge Monday is included for hosted buyers, hosted media and exhibitors, while visitor buyers can upgrade their registration to attend (listed at $295 on AIME’s visitor registration information). AIME 2026 runs 9–11 February 2026 at MCEC.
