Tribe, Auckland to open this summer

TRIBE, the design-led midscale brand by Accor, is counting down the days until its New Zealand launch. On track to open its doors this summer, TRIBE Auckland Fort Street will become the brand’s first address in the country, serving as a stylish destination where guests and locals can work, play, and relax with a like-minded community of entrepreneurs and adventurous travellers.

Located on Fort Street, just a stone’s throw from central Britomart and the Commercial Bay precinct, the hotel will bring a bold design edit to Auckland’s hotel scene with 60 compact but ultra-comfy guestrooms featuring the latest technologies, a lobby bar, terrace, and social hub. TRIBE Auckland Fort Street will prioritise intelligent, functional, design-driven spaces that give guests everything they need and nothing they don’t.

Common areas have been designed as a focal point with iconic design objects, contrasting colours, and surprising details that are selected with comfort and style in mind. Born in Australia in 2017, from the visionary minds of Mark and Melissa Peters, TRIBE embodies the essence of contemporary living and travel.

TRIBE’s 15 hotels across the globe are just the beginning with more than 40 hotels currently under development, including flagship addresses in France and the UK.
